Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a horizontal, automation-first AI, Tools & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center Operations, and Digital Workplace
- Drive enterprise-wide tool standardization, platform integration, and unified observability
- Lead AI-driven automation, AIOps, and predictive operations initiatives
- Enable faster delivery, operational efficiency, and differentiated managed services through deep integration of tools, APIs, and data
- Provide strategic leadership across architecture, automation engineering, and AI enablement
- Govern platforms, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability and long-term value
