COE Lead – Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, scale, and govern the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence across data strategy, architecture, engineering, BI/visualization, advanced analytics, and AI/ML enablement
  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders for requirement discovery, solution design, delivery, and post-implementation support
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven initiatives
  • Report to the Business Head
  • Be accountable for capability building, pipeline growth, and execution excellence
  • Ensure ROI realization and strong customer relationship management

COE Lead – Digital Workspace

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale a horizontal, automation-first AI, Tools & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center Operations, and Digital Workplace
  • Drive enterprise-wide tool standardization, platform integration, and unified observability
  • Lead AI-driven automation, AIOps, and predictive operations initiatives
  • Enable faster delivery, operational efficiency, and differentiated managed services through deep integration of tools, APIs, and data
  • Provide strategic leadership across architecture, automation engineering, and AI enablement
  • Govern platforms, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability and long-term value

SME – Senior manager – Claims Processing

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires deep domain knowledge of Life, Health, Motor, or Group Claims, end-to-end claims lifecycle, and hands-on experience working with Claim Tech platforms.

The SME will lead the design, development, and enhancement of the Insurance Claims Processing Platform covering FNOL (First Notice of Loss), document intake, adjudication workflow, rules engine configuration, fraud checks, regulatory compliance, and automation.

COE Lead – Cloud Transformation 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization’s cloud transformation, modernization, and automation strategy across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Establish and scale the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) with standardized architectures and best practices
  • Drive cloud migration automation, AI-enabled cloud adoption, and AIOps-driven operations
  • Ensure cost optimization, governance, security, and compliance for enterprise cloud environments
  • Provide cloud solution architecture leadership and enable pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Govern end-to-end cloud delivery in a large IT services environment
